I have put together 7 of my best picks. All my recommendations are handpicked, tried and tested. So, you can bypass all the dives and mediocre activities (every city has them) and maximise your stay in Liverpool!

THE ROMANS
THE STAG EVENT THAT WILL GO DOWN IN HISTORY!
Brutally Good Fun! An absolute MUST for any stag party visiting Liverpool.
Voted #1 Activity in Liverpool on Tripadvisor (as voted by you, the traveller!). This is an immersive experience that you do NOT want to miss.
You and your fellow stags (or plebs in this case) will become Gladiators for the day and compete against each other in some of the most hilarious games and challenges imaginable.
Return transfers (from Liverpool city centre), live actors, roman themed games, props and photo ops – all included on a standard ticket!
Dan’s Verdict:
This is my #1 pick for any groups travelling to Liverpool in terms of Stag Party Activites. Do NOT miss this if you’re travelling to Liverpool for your Stag Do.
This is a great day out (around 3 hours) and one thing you’re guaranteed here is to go home with some hilarious stories to tell (great best man speech content wink wink).
You will then go through a series of games (around 6). All varied which keeps it fresh but equally as crazy as the next one.
IF you make it out the games alive you will be able to “Party Like it’s AD43” in their woodland brutal BBQ & Bar area. Here they serve up Bavarian sausages (the type you see in Christmas Markets) and drinks such as Posca (a traditional Roman drink), beers, wine and even a cocktail of the week (we had the Gladiator Blood Mojito!).
Once the party is over you will get back on the coach for a sing-a-long. Returning to Liverpool a group of conquering heroes!
NEW for 2023: The Sausage Party!. A 45 minute Bottomless Brunch style Roman feast – add on. A choice of Footlong Bratwurst or Chopped Currywurst and bottomless drinks.
BUBBLE FOOTBALL
THE STAG EVENT THAT WILL BLOW YOUR BALLS OFF
Bubble Football is absolutely bonkers! It’s become a stag favourite and it’s not hard to see why.
The aim of the game is to secure yourself inside a plastic bubble which fits over the top of your head and go out there and have a game of footy with your mates. That’s the theory anyway!
However, it has very little to do with the traditional game of Football. Infact, the ball becomes redundant very quickly. I’m talking 2 minutes into the game quickly.
Once you and the lads see the superhero-like powers these bubble suits gave us the ball will be reduced to a mere prop!
You’ll spend more time trying to blast your to the moon than you will on putting the ball in the net. High octane thrills guaranteed!
Dans Verdict
Great fun with guaranteed laughs! If you and the lads want to torpedo the stag about 100ft in the air and over Anfield stadium this has to be in the activity itinerary!
I recommend a 60 minute session (this game is hilarious but it’s surprisingly tiring) and you could even pair this up with an additional activity to make your day even more action packed!
POINT BLANK
THERE ARE NO DANGEROUS WEAPONS, ONLY DANGEROUS MEN!
Say hello to my little friend! Liverpool’s very own virtual reality shooting range experience.
This top-notch facility offers gamers of all levels the chance to blast their way through a series of challenging VR missions. Whether you’re a seasoned marksman or a complete novice, there’s something here for everyone.
Dan’s Verdict
Guns & Beer. Dangerous combo, isn’t it? Especially when you consider this place is only 2 mins up the road from Liverpool Crown Court. Lucky enough, the Guns aren’t real. You will be given a standard Glock and your own booth and a screen to fire at. You can upgrade your guns to MP5’s & assault rifles for anyone who wants to recreate the Arnie from Platoon movie scene.
I would recommend this as a late afternoon / early evening activity and would pair it up with something more unusual and energetic in the daytime!
ARCHERY COMBAT
PUT A BOUNTY ON THE STAGS HEAD AND GO TO WAR!
Ever wanted to shoot your mates? I bet there is one guy in the group that you would love to bounce an arrow off their head! Well now you can.
It’s time to go full on John Rambo, and we know how he solves his problems don’t we? With reckless disregard and violence!
Archery Combat is a warzone. Rather than shooting at a stationary target, you will be turning the bow towards a human target (that one guy in the group who burns your cap out).
Before you were wondering, Archery Combat used non-lethal foam arrows. Just in case you were planning on executing anyone, sorry to disappoint.
This thrilling, action packed game offers up plenty of adrenaline and opportunities to settle some scores within the group.
Dan’s Verdict
This is basically paintballing with Bow & Arrows! It’s exciting and very addictive. Another added bonus of using arrows rather than paint is you don’t have to go back to the hotel for a wash after you’ve played – straight to the pub for drinks!
GOLF FANG
SLICKER THAN YO’ AVERAGE MINI GOLF
Not your average crazy golf course and they don’t do things by half, hence the 18 holes (not 9) of pure entertainment in an environment surrounded by graffiti with DJ’s cocktails and street food.
Each hole gives you something new to explore from the Jermey Kyle set to the Red Light District.
Dans Verdict
If you like your mini golf with a side of dildos this is the place for you! The props and sets here are insane. The holes are great fun and the music is pumping.
It’s located in the Cains Brewery Village in the baltic triangle which is a very cool spot on the outskirts of Liverpool city centre.
I would recommend this as a late afternoon / early evening activity. Get an activity booked for the daytime and then head over onto Golf Fang for some beers, golf and bar food!
ALCOTRAZ
THE SHAWSHANK REDEMPTION WITH COCKTAILS
Previously undiscovered, in the heart of Liverpool now lies Alcotraz: Cell Block Three-Six, a secret home to a speakeasy prison. Successfully smuggle liquor behind bars and get it to the hands of the longest-serving inmates to enjoy delicious cocktails for you and your gang.
Dan’s Verdict
The actors here are great! Very funny and quick on their heels (especially the warden).
It’s an immersive experience that you watch but at certain points you also take part in. For example, some of our group were sent to the warden’s office with a secret mission of finding his DOB.
It’s overall great fun and the cocktails were a great little touch to the whole experience too.
I would recommend this as a late afternoon / early evening activity and pair it up with a late morning / early afternoon activity. Either way, one of the most creative Stag Party Activities Liverpool has to offer.
BOGGLE FOOTBALL
THE BEAUTIFUL GAME BUT WITH BEER GOGGLES
After donning a pair of Boggles, you’ll get flashbacks of falling out of McCooleys at 4am the night before.
Boggles, also sometimes referred to as “Beer Goggles”. not for their ability to make people appear more attractive but how they make it near impossible to walk or run in a straight line (never mind trying to kick a ball)
You’ll be taking corners like Iago Aspas, remember that? But at least you’ll still be better than the Everton team.
The vision altering boggles will not only make you look like a tw@t but they will make you play like one too. Pure comedy gold from start to finish!
Dan’s Verdict
I would imagine a lot of you will be turning up hanging out your ass and still half cut from the night before. Is that a fair assessment? So, would you agree putting on a pair of Boggles which makes you even more impaired is going to produce some very disastrous and yet hilarious results! Well it does!

When it comes to Stag Party Activities, Hotties with nice botties taking you around the liveliest places in town. Not a hard sell is it?
